Description of Services: 136-bed long-term care home * 24-hour nursing and personal care * private, semi-private, and 2-person shared standard/basic rooms located in one of five residential areas * access to a doctor and other health professionals
  • assistance with medication and activities of daily living

  • medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)

Valleyview Adult Day Program Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults and adults with Alzheimer's Disease or related dementias in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

Fees: Rates set by the Ontario Ministry of Long-Term Care * subsidies for basic rates may be available for eligible applicants
